Current staff and Leadership Pastor Scott Pastor Scott was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC. He lived a worldly life that included being addicted to alcohol. At the age of 33, when he was about to lose his family, he found Jesus Christ as his savior. This was the beginning of a relationship with God that brought healing in his life. This relationship with God brought healing in his family life also. He loves his beautiful wife, Kathy, two sons, Chris and Josh and his 7 grandchildren.
He was called into the ministry and went to Nazarene Bible College. He was later called to VA to start a church and is devoted to helping people find Jesus Christ by building bridges. He believes God has called his family to this area to make a difference by helping people where they are and helping them to find God's will for their life. His heart is leading the lost toward Jesus Christ and helping believers become more Christ like through small CARE groups. 540.760.4241 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 540.760.4241 end_of_the_skype_highlighting begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting

Relationship Building minister Debbie O'Quinn was born and raised in Virginia and lived in this area most of her life. She grew up going to church as a young child but didn't realize the need for God in her life until about 7 years ago. She began to realize that many trials and disappointments in life happen to push us to have a relationship with God otherwise a lot of us wouldn't ever know that we need him . She has been with The Bridge Worship Center about 6 yrs. She is in charge of the relationship building ministry and takes care of organizing and preparing for church gatherings that will help us grow our relationships with each other and God.
Declaring Jesus minister Kim Dusek Glorifying God Minister Connie Wilson was born and raised here in Virginia, but has lived in many other places in the U.S. because her husband is a retired Marine. Jim and Connie have 6 children and 15 grandchildren. We moved back to the area to be closer to family. I received a B. S. Degree from East Carolina University and have been teaching elementary school for 17 years. I currently teach in Spotsylvania County. I come from a very musical family; drummers, guitar and banjo players, wonderful singers. I've been singing in church since I was 6 years old.
I left church for a very long time. Like a lot of people, I thought my life was full enough and that I didn't really need anything else. God showed me that my life was full. Full of things that really didn't matter, full of things that weren't bringing honor and praise to Him. I was filling my life with those things to hide the things that were too painful to face. Sooner or later that "stuff" has to come out. And Praise God it did! Now my life is filled with songs of praise. I want to sing about His love, His grace, His peace. What better way to worship Him? Equipping toward Maturity minister Jeannie Perkins Visiting ministers: Kelly Padgett is 35 years old and currently works in the automotive business, but is looking to go full time at Salem Fields soon, Lord Willing. He believes in real conversation in the Church and making sure that we can openly discuss our issues so that we may be transparent to each other and to the outside world. He believes that we have the Spirit of the Lord within us and it's our job to make sure that everyone can see it, daily. He loves speaking to groups and sharing his burden.
